C. Simpson & Company Tailoring & Design Terms and Conditions for All Services

 

• All alterations and design prior to starting services require full balance payment

• For restyling and major alterations,consultation fees $25 - $40,  please ask for an estimate.

• All appointments require 24 hours cancellation notice. Failure to cancel within 24 hours  results in a $10 cancellation fee.

• Please arrive on time for your appointments with proper shoes (all clients) and structural undergarments for women's formal and bridal wear, to ensure a proper fit.

• Preferred Payment can be made by Credit and Debit cards with VISA/MASTER CARD logo or cash for all services.

• We accommodate same day alterations and express tailoring services with a surcharge of $15 to $100 based on the complexity of design
